F requently Asked Questions...

What if I can't make it?

You will be missed, but we completely understand. Please RSVP “no” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a guest?

Our venue allows a maximum of 150 guests, so we’ve had to be very intentional with our guest list. If you’re hoping to bring someone outside of our family or close friends, please reach out to us beforehand. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our day intimate and special!

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Kids are welcome 🤍 Please just keep a close eye on them and step out briefly if they become upset during the ceremony or special moments.

What should I wear?

Formal attire, please! We’re envisioning a dressed-up, elegant evening — suits, tuxedos, floor-length or cocktail dresses are perfect.

Out of respect for the bride, please avoid wearing white or ivory.

Where should I stay?

No overnight stay is required! If you’d like to stay nearby, we recommend booking an Airbnb near Sundance Ski Resort.

We’ve also reserved a limited number of camping spots at our venue. Details will be shared with guests who RSVP for camping.

Is there parking available?

There will be a ranger booth in front of our venue. Guests may park in either of the two parking lots or along the street. Please note there is a $10 per car parking fee.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at 5:00 pm so you have time to park, find a seat, and get settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. If you happen to arrive after it has started, we kindly ask that you wait at the picnic tables until the ceremony concludes to avoid any interruptions.

Can I take photos?

We're going unplugged for the ceremony! We promise to share the professional photos afterward, so please sit back, relax, and be fully present with us. Once the reception starts, feel free to capture all the fun!

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! Enjoy beer, wine, and our signature cocktail — a refreshing Paloma. We want everyone to have a great time, so please plan ahead and drink responsibly if you’re heading home afterward.
